Vistandes Bodegas & Viñedos is a boutique winery founded in 2006 in the Cruz de Piedra district of Maipú, on the Wine Route just 20 km from Mendoza city. It was designed and built by a Mendoza family with more than thirty years of experience in agriculture. The winery blends grapes from two of its own estates, one in Maipú and another in the Famatina Valley, La Rioja, to produce three wine lines — Vistandes, Reserve and Gradum — from varietals including Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère and Torrontés. The guided tour follows the winemaking process from vineyard to bottle and closes with a tasting in a room with a terrace overlooking the Andes. Visits run Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., always by prior appointment. The estate also houses the Qutec restaurant, event spaces, and modern architecture in concrete, glass and gardens.
