History

Tupungato Divino is not a winery: it is a six-room boutique lodge with its own restaurant in Gualtallary (Tupungato, Uco Valley), on Provincial Route 89 at 1,200 m above sea level. The five-hectare property includes a working vineyard, an outdoor pool facing the Andes and more than forty boutique wineries within 30 km, which the venue itself sums up as "we are not a winery, we are all the wineries". The restaurant serves lunch daily and is open to the public: a seasonal set menu of reception, starter, main course and dessert, built around vegetables from the kitchen garden, hand-made filled pasta and house breads. Dinner is reserved for overnight guests, with a shorter à la carte list. It does not make or sell its own wine. Bookings are handled by WhatsApp or email; online booking is not yet live.
