RUTA 60 Y CANAL PESCARA, RUSSEL
MAIPU
History
Founded in 1996
Bodega Trivento sits at Ruta 60 and Canal Pescara in Maipú, and it does receive visitors. Founded in 1996, it is the Argentine arm of Chile's Viña Concha y Toro and is named after Mendoza's three winds: Polar, Zonda and Sudestada. The company farms about 1,500 precision-irrigated hectares across 13 Mendoza estates. The short visit, Descubre Reserve, runs roughly 50 minutes through the vineyard, the premium winery and the barrel room, tasting three Malbecs (White Malbec, Rosé Malbec and Malbec Reserve) and including a souvenir glass; departures are Monday to Thursday at 10:00, 12:00 and 16:00, and Friday and Saturday at 10:00 and 12:00. The longer Cordillera tour lasts 60 minutes with four wines plus food pairings. Restaurante Los Vientos, opened on site in 2024 under chef Nacho Molina, serves lunch daily except Tuesdays. Booking is through the winery's official reservation platform.
