Founded in 1989
Bodega Carmelo Patti is a small family-run boutique winery at San Martín 2614, Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, founded by self-taught winemaker Carmelo Patti, who released his first own-label Cabernet Sauvignon in 1989 after beginning an extended-aging wine project in 1986. The winery produces roughly 20,000 liters a year, sourced exclusively from Perdriel fruit, and its lineup includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and the Gran Assemblage blend, all aged in French oak. According to recent visitor accounts, Carmelo Patti still personally greets guests for an informal, roughly one-hour tour and complimentary tasting, Monday through Saturday, with limited spots and mandatory online booking through the official website. There is no restaurant or lodging on site.
