Founded in 2002

Piattelli Vineyards' Mendoza property sits at Cobos 13710, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, about 45 minutes from Mendoza city. It opened in 2002 and draws on estate vineyards in Agrelo and the Uco Valley (Tupungato and El Manzano), with Valeria Antolín as head winemaker. The Tuscan-styled building, with tiled roofs and tall windows facing the vines, houses the tasting room. Visits pair a walk through the vineyard and cellar with a seated tasting: the Mendoza & Cafayate Terroir Collection, Grand Reserve & Icon Wines including the Trinità blend, a blind tasting, the Limited Edition flight, or the Loscano range. The Piattelli Grill restaurant serves an à la carte menu, plus picnics on weekends and holidays. Booking ahead is required. The Piattelli Wine Resort hotel is in Cafayate, Salta, not at this site.
