History

Bodega San Huberto sits at Guardia Vieja 1100 in the Vistalba district of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, inside a winery building more than 100 years old originally linked to Italian immigrant owners. The winery belongs to a wine group with more than 70 years of commercial history in Argentina, which also produces wine in the Aminga Valley (La Rioja) and in Huailai, China. The guided tour at the Vistalba site covers the vineyard, the grinding and tank area, and the underground cellar, finishing with a tasting in the property's tourism room. The company's wine lines include San Huberto Reserva and Clásico (malbec, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, chardonnay, bonarda and torrontés riojano, most fruit sourced from the Aminga Valley) as well as the Nina sparkling wine range. Visits must be arranged in advance by phone or email, since there is no online booking system for the tour.
