History

Founded in 1978

Grand Estate, formerly known as Bodegas y Viñedos Garbín, is a family-owned winery founded in 1978 in San Rafael, Mendoza, on Castelli street. It produces varietal wines across three lines — Varietales, Selection, and Premium — focused on malbec and cabernet sauvignon, exporting to more than 20 countries. Visits include guided tours through its historic brick-vaulted cellars, tastings, and food experiences such as breakfasts and paired charcuterie boards. Advance reservation is required for all experiences.
