History
Founded in 2005
Bodega Budeguer is a family winery founded in 2005 by the Budeguer family, who came from Tucumán's sugarcane industry and turned to winemaking in Mendoza. Their own vineyards were planted in the heart of Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, in 2011, and the winery itself opened in 2012, a modern building set beside a reflecting pond with views of the Andes. Under winemaker Federico Bizzotto, the estate produces malbec, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, pinot noir, chardonnay and other varietals across its Partida Limitada, Patrimonio and 4000 Gran Reserva lines. Visits include a guided walk through the vineyard and production areas, ending with a tasting of four premium wines paired with cheese and dried fruit, overlooking the winery's dam and vineyards.
