Founded in 2003

Finca Ferrer is a winery founded in 2003 in Gualtallary, Tupungato, in the Uco Valley, between the Tupungato and Tupungatito volcanoes. It belongs to Grupo Ferrer Miranda (the family behind Freixenet), which acquired the property in 2019. The estate covers 317 hectares above 1,300 meters, on sandy, rocky, calcareous-base soils, growing Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Torrontés under drip irrigation. It holds IRAM-V vegan wine certification, the first Mendoza winery to do so. Finca Ferrer does not receive mass tourism: it offers a 90-minute VIP tasting visit for special clients, by mandatory advance reservation, price on request. Its wine lines include Colección 1310 mts., Doscumbres, Finca Ferrer and Acordeón.
