Estrella de los Andes is a working winery in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, housed in an early-1900s building that pairs historic architecture with modern winemaking equipment. It farms more than 100 hectares across Luján de Cuyo and Lavalle, producing malbec, cabernet sauvignon, tempranillo, sangiovese, bonarda, and chardonnay, alongside premium lines such as Estrella Negra and Siete Pasos Arranca Corazones and the historic Pont Leveque brand. A visit includes a guided tour through the production and bottling areas, a vintage car collection, and a fermentation tank with transparent walls known as the "wineglass." The property also houses Prímula, a restaurant set inside a restored railway station.
