Wine y Circo is a boutique, circus-themed winery in La Consulta, San Carlos, in Mendoza's Valle de Uco, set along Route 92 with views of the Andes. The project began in 2012 with the label El Equilibrista, led by winemaker Juan Ubaldini and grower Javier Solfanelli; the winery building was completed around 2015 and a tourism space, built from shipping containers and styled like a circus tent, opened in 2017. The experience combines guided tastings, lunches featuring vegetables from the on-site garden, and performances by young artists and circus performers from the Valle de Uco, aimed at families and groups. Its wines carry circus-inspired names (El Equilibrista, Función, Mujer Barbuda) and are made mainly from Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.
