Domaine Bousquet sits in Gualtallary, Tupungato, at roughly 1,200 metres above sea level in the Uco Valley. The Bousquet family, from the south of France, bought raw land here in 1997 and planted their first vines organically; the winery was certified organic in 2004, added Demeter biodynamic certification in 2020 and Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) status in 2023, and now ships to more than 50 countries. A standard visit walks the organic kitchen garden and the vineyard, then ends in the underground tasting room with five wines from the Reserve, Gaia and Gran Bousquet lines plus a cheese board; it runs about 80 minutes, with departures at 10am, noon and 4pm. On the same property are Gaia restaurant, serving tasting menus by chef Adrián Baggio, and the seven-room Gaia Lodge. Booking is through the winery's official online system.
